The Two Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment had a wide range of sales at Georgetown Plaza, 60 East 8th Street in 2011. This was a result of a range of apartments coming on the market. Georgetown Plaza has a couple of different two bedroom layouts, some larger than others, some with outdoor space, and different exposures. These differences along with the condition of the renovation of the apartment played a large role in the pricing of each individual apartment. The apartments that have been recently renovated and on the higher floors in the building sold for the highest prices in 2011. We would expect this to be a common theme in 2012.
