The Two Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment had a wide range of sales at Georgetown Plaza, 60 East 8th Street in 2011.  This was a result of a range of apartments coming on the market. Georgetown Plaza has a couple of different two bedroom layouts, some larger than others, some with outdoor space, and different exposures.  These differences along with the condition of the renovation of the apartment played a large role in the pricing of each individual apartment.  The apartments that have been recently renovated and on the higher floors in the building sold for the highest prices in 2011.  We would expect this to be a common theme in 2012.

We try to use a number of different resources to cross reference sales figures, any reference to asking prices estimates or specific layouts.  These numbers may be updated as new information presents itself.  In regards to sizes of apartments, we rely on the building offering plan and various online websites as a reference tool, however any reference to a size of an apartment is approximate.

In 2011, we tracked that 11 sales occurring in the building. 
Some of the sales were private sales without coming on the open market however, every sale gives an overall idea of the price point that apartments are selling at.  Keep in mind that often other factors can be involved in a sale, so a sale price doesn’t always tell the whole story.

Studio’s Sale at Georgetown Plaza

This was the only studio that came on the market in 2011 at Georgetown Plaza.
